实习生（会计咨询部） -
Winter Internship Program
 
工作职责：
合同整理，凭证录入、装订，财务数据整理；
银行业务办理、付款；
其他临时性事务工作。

任职资格和要求：
本科以上学历在校生，会计、财务管理相关专业；
工作积极主动，认真、细致、负责；
熟练操作办公软件(Excel, word)；
每周至少可全职工作3天；更好能长期实习。

Senior Tax Consultant/高级税务顾问

Job Description：
Developing China tax planning and structuring ideas and products;
Providing China tax and business advisory services to clients;
Developing and maintaining client relationships;
Preparing tax advisory reports and memorandum, prepare and review tax filing;
Leading a team of professional staff.
 
Requirements：
A recognized degree;
At least 5 year's relevant experience, preferably gained from the Big 4 CPA firms, or international and sizable foreign investment enterprises, or joint ventures;
Excellent business sense and marketing-oriented;
Excellent report writing skills (both Chinese and English);
Strong China tax technical background and solid experience in advisory services covering corporate tax issues;
Knowledge of international taxation is a plus.

岗位3
Senior Manager/高级经理（审计部）

五险一金，补充医疗，带薪年假，周末双休等；月薪20,000– 30,000 RMB

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for managing a team of professionals to deliver quality audit and other assurance services to audit clients, as well as advisory services.     Advisory services cover a wide range of services including but not limited to agreed-upon procedures, internal audit, internal controls, due diligence, and other business review services as requested by clients.
Attending regular meetings with clients to obtain updates on their business, discussing issues and presenting audit findings.
Playing a key role in preparing audit proposals and presentations.
Be responsible for planning and supervising team members’ training and providing continuous consultation on their development.
 
Requirements:
A recognized degree;
At least 10 year's audit experience, preferable gained from international and sizable foreign investment enterprises and large international firm experience with Big 4;
ACCA Preferred，Certification of CICPA and other professional qualification is     preferred;
A strong grasp of business and technical issues, industry knowledge and practices, understand China audit procedures and practices;
Strong analytical ability and presentation ability;
Excellent report writing skills (both Chinese and English);
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

高级会计-外派

Job Description:
Ensure full compliance of PRC statutory filing deadlines and audit requirements,liaison with government agencies and authorizes to achieve the best possible results
Work closely with accounting firms, consultants and service providers to resolve     issues timely and complete projects efficiently
Statutory book maintenance
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and ensure reporting to be in line with regional/global requirements
In charge of intercompany transaction, prepare monthly reconciliation
Review of balance sheet reconciliations
Review monthly and tax declaration package prepare by agent
Other tasks required by the management   
 
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance
8+ years working Experience in MNC
Oracle system experience is preferred
Strong skill in accounting and excel
Can work under pressures and handle effectively a diverse range of tasks.
Good English communication skill in written and spoken.

高级会计

岗位职责：
负责每月记账和集团报告；
审核会计凭证，确保账目编制过程中信息的准确和完整；
准备财务报告，确保及时完成所有的财务报告；
准备或检查税务情况，并每月监控税务申报流程；
与项目经理紧密合作，负责所有客户的会计事务。
 
岗位要求：
会计相关专业本科以上学历；
5年以上会计工作经验，包括GL、AP、AR、Cashbook经验；
有ERP系统经验（Yongyou，Kingdee）；
优秀的英文口头和书面表达能力；
ACCA优先，中国注册会计师或境外会计资格优先；
优秀的沟通和人际关系技巧，专注于客户服务；
能够在快节奏的环境中工作并能承受适当的压力；
有较强的自我管理能力；
有使用国际财务报告准则或美国公认会计准则的经验优先。

岗位6
会计

五险一金，补充医疗，带薪年假，周末双休，定期体检等；月薪6,000– 8,000 RMB

岗位职责：
负责中小型规模的客户月度记账；
确保会计账目准备过程的信息以及计算的准确性；
准备财务管理报告和会计账目的核对，确保所有财务报告的截止日期满足指定客户的要求；
准备税务计算和协调报税员工，以确保满足税务申报期限;
与团队成员包括出纳、税务人员、高级会计和项目经理，紧密合作以提供高质量的客户服务。
 
岗位要求：
会计相关专业，本科以上学历；
至少3年以上会计工作经验，包括记账和报告；
熟悉 ERP 系统（用友、金蝶）；
熟悉中国税务法规；
良好的英语及沟通能力；
良好的办公软件技能。
